So I know you've all been waiting at the computer all day long for me to post the sex of this devious baby...neglecting your kids and jobs and all. And you may be guessing by the color choice of this post that I'm having a boy....however, you would be totally and utterly wrong.
God is cursing me for my constant swearing and my disobedient actions (tattoo for example). We are actually having another girl. Now...don't get me wrong. A girl will be great. It will save me tons of money at least. Her wardrobe is plentiful (maybe slightly stained) and she'll have a big sister (who might beat her and drag her around by her hair) and daughters always stay close to their mothers right? It's just that I wanted the relief of having one of each...you know? And the fact that Morgan says "No more kids!" makes me sad. Oh, and that we have boy names that I love and no girl names that I'm 100% sold on. But girls are good. Everything looked good and dandy. Which I'm grateful for. The ultrasound predicted my due date as Feb. 10th instead of the 19th (which means I won't deliver until March).
So that's it, it's a girl.

having 2 girls together is the best. they are so sweet (and sometimes not) together and will be best friends (most of the time)!
I know Morgan wanted a boy, but I'm still excited for you. He'll love his little girls!
i'm glad you're having another girl. the stanley family get-togethers in mn need a little bit more estrogen. just a little bit.
pete says we won't have any more kids if the second kid is/was as fussy as izzy was in the beginning. i always say "whatever," because now he can't get enough of her.

The fact that I'm having boys instead of girls is definitely a money-saver. So I need your help, fast. You said you have boy names you love... so please share with me because I'm the opposite (girl names are easier for me) and I have NO time left! If you have good boy names please pass them my way!
YAY for GIRLS!!! We are also having another girl which means if you ask me the McLeod name will die with Anderson!!! He still thinks we will give it another GO but I say...HELL NO!!! I hate being pregnant!
Congratulations McKelle. Really, how great will it be for the girls to grow up together? I can't wait to see what you name her! You should name her after another rock star and maybe they'll make you rich one day! Avril? Fergie?
Congrats lady! It will be so much fun having two girls and seeing them be friends! Jared said that if we had two girls then he wouldn't gamble on the third and would adopt a boy....maybe an option for you and Morgan if he thinks he doesn't want more girls after this! :)

Don't worry dude. And might I add boys aren't cheaper. Anything I save in the wardrobe area is usually spent patching up holes in my walls............plus some! Congrats.
I think matching dresses are pretty adorable. But I can understand having to adjust. I was in tears almost the night before our ultrasound wondering what I would do if i didn't get what I wanted... what a dork. But you'll love it.
As for no more kids, my cousin's husband said that after number three and four and five and they have six. And now they're really done. So hmmm, I don't want to cause marital discord, but don't close any doors permanently if you know what I mean.
Congrats McKelle! Two girls is not as bad as you make it seem. Although I do feel for Morgan... in 13 years there will be a LOT of estrogen in your house. He'll need to find some really manly things to do to blow off steam, like bear-wrestling. I've heard it's a good outlet.
I have been fasting and praying on how to respond to your news. From everything I gather, you are way too disapointed for this type of good news.
I think it is just because we didnt have a sister so we dont know the glory. We have had to live with stupid brothers and live vicarously through our mothers. Please know that it will be awesome. I never wanted a girl till I was having one and now what would I do. Just wait till you see her face, you will never feel sad again.
Now about names...
I think you should have a contest and give the winner of the best name a jar of pickles. I love pickles. I love you, I love Gwen, I love your fetus. It will all be great.
I am so happy for you!!! I think 2 little girls will be adorable and remember. . .my third was different than my first 2. So keep trying. :)
