In Morgan's ward back in MN, a man got up to bless his baby. As he was giving the blessing he said "and the name by which he shall be known is Lightning Jack....just kidding" and then went on to give the real name and finished the blessing.  His wife was super mad (would you be? I'd probably be more embarrassed), grabbed the baby, and stormed out. Later in that meeting, or maybe it was the next fast Sunday, the man got up and apologized (to satisfy the wife I'm sure), but said that he believes that God has a sense of humor. Too bad his wife didn't. 

True story.

Laine is doing great

her 2 week appointment was today
apparently my milk is pure cream
she's gained more than a pound since she was born
she's a little over 9 pounds now
the doctor was quite shocked

I think she is pretty dang cute now
