soup season
It's getting colder and that means it's time for soup. I love soup (I like this soup too). I do. I love cornbread with my soup. With butter. Tomorrow I'm making this soup. It's so good. I've been thinking about it for days. Morg doesn't like carrots, celery, or onion, but I'm making it anyway. I can't wait. I'm also making cornbread. I don't make it from scratch. I make it from a mix. You can get it at Costco. It's the best cornbread ever. All you do is add water. Super easy. So now you all know what I'm making for dinner. What are you making? Do you have any good soup recipes?

have you really made that soup before? Can I come over? I cant imagine anything yummier (that one at Zuppa's is pretty good too though) but I also cant imagine having to clean up all the vomit that would exude from my husband if I put a bowl in front of him. Maybe I will just make it for me and my mommy, she would appreciate it!
I too love Joel McHale, I have a crush on him. I have not seen it since we moved in with the 'rents though...I miss my dvr with severe intensity. Almost as much as I miss you. Cant wait to see you.
I will tell you yummy soups if I ever get a kitchen, till then I will live through your experience, email a picture of you eating it deal?
Mark Bittman says this is a dessert soup, but I eat it for dinner, and it's my favorite ever. If you ate dinner AND the vast quantities of this soup which you will want to consume, you'd be full in an unpleasant way. I puree it, but I suppose you don't have to. Never tried it with sweet potatoes, but I bet it's good.

Do you have the "Favorites" cookbook? If so, I always make the Baked Potato Soup. It is the best. I think Morgan may even like it. Let me know if you don't have that recipe book and I will send you the recipe.
