I got a job. A part-time seasonal job with Tai Pan Trading. I have been looking for a good part-time job for a while, but hadn't found anything that fit or that would work with Morgans schedule until now. I had an interview with Tai Pan today, and they hired me right then. I'll start next Tuesday. I think it should work out well and it should be fun too, not to mention all of the cool stuff they sell there. I am always paranoid about finances, so this extra money will help calm my nerves a bit and as bad as it sounds, a few hours out of the home away from mom responsibilities will be good for me. It's funny how being away for a few hours makes you love your kid and your husband a lot more when you come home. I've never been to Tai Pan, but I've only heard good things. I think it's going to be on my list of things to do when I come up there.
YEAH...MCKELLE GOT A JOB! Congrats, you are going to love it I'm sure. I have only been there once and it was a complete mad house. Jared and I walked in, only about 2 feet because of all the people, and then walked right back out. I hope this doesn't interfere with you and Kara coming to visit. Jared is going out of town in October so you guys can come then.
Way to go McKelle! I'm SO jealous I would love to work there. They have such cute things and I wish I could find a place in Las Vegas that was comparable. Good luck!
